Clint Dennis represents businesses and individuals in a wide array of business transactions, estate planning, probate, and real estate matters. Mr. Dennis has represented business clients in mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases, stock purchases, partnership buyouts, buy-sell agreements, contracts, and general business matters. Clint also advises individuals in estate planning, including drafting wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, testamentary trusts, non-probate asset transfers, and other related documents. Clint represents individuals in uncontested and contested probate proceedings in Tarrant, Johnson, Dallas, and surrounding counties. Clint additionally counsels clients on commercial landlord-tenant leases, evictions, and liens.

In addition to his transactional practice, Clint Dennis has extensive litigation experience, having argued numerous motions and trials in Tarrant, Johnson, Comanche, Hill, and Midland counties. Clint’s litigation experience helps him to identify and eliminate potential pitfalls in business transactions and contracts.

Clint graduated summa cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2010, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif, a highly selective legal honor society. Prior to attending law school, Clint obtained his bachelor’s degree in Finance at the University of North Texas, during which time he held management positions in a large, publicly traded corporation. Clint is active in the legal community, serving as Vice-President of the Johnson County Bar Association in 2013 and as Secretary/Treasurer in 2012. Additionally, Clint is a member of the Tarrant County Bar Association, Tarrant County Probate Bar Association, and Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association.
